Condition surveys on newbuilds to assess if the fairing and coatings have been applied to the correct industry standards and to a quality befitting of a luxury yacht.

New build construction
Following new build constructions from the start to inspect, document and report on sandblasted profiles, dry film thicknesses of interior and exterior coatings and to verify that the correct industry procedures and practices are being adhered to.

Profile: Gary Heard
After spending 30 years painting yachts specialising in roller and brush application and spray application providing quality finishing to clients across the world, Gary has gained a wealth of knowledge and understands exactly what it takes to deliver the standard expected in the industry.
Following the natural progression of his career, Gary completed the NACE (National Association Of Corrosion Engineers) qualifications 1 and 2, allowing him to utilise his skills and knowledge to deliver consultancy and inspection work. For a number of years now he has been able to deliver his services to both newbuilds and refits.
